New Zealand - Day 16 - The Departure

All good things must end. 

After spending the last few hours together and making sure everything was packed up and ready to go, it was, sadly, time to leave. Jess drove me to the airport and we had a hot chocolate and said our goodbyes at the gate.

After 4 flights, long layovers, and 31 total hours, I was finally back at the Norfolk airport.

I would say this was the trip of a lifetime, but I know that I have find a way back. New Zealand is truly magnificent and I don't think I've experienced a better 2 weeks in my life.
